Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns are initiated by contacting support@nushe.co — items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Processing Fees: Within the 30-day return window, return shipping is provided free of charge. Please note that we do charge a processing fee for each item returned to cover the cost of inspecting and processing returns at our fulfillment facilities:

Damages, Issues & Exchanges: If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@nushe.co immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@nushe.co.

Orders shipped outside the contiguous US are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
